I changed the permissions on the entire directory so hopefully (fingers crossed) it does not do it again.

Thanks! It is working for me now. However, I also just spotted an error in the 129 listing: Number 5254 KTSC (map-down 8) is PBS and not Fox for the Colorado Springs DMA.
