for sure a good diet will help but you will always have stones just like me. once you produce one you are prone to more. you know that feeling you get in the kidney area that tells you stones are brewing? yep i'm afraid i will also be going through this soon.My stones are from too much calcium.
Normally when I get my stones my dad gets them a few weeks later... guess who went to the hospital yesterday... yup my dad... that means my brother will be getting them soon too.
I do want to do podcasts again and am going to be contacting bob shortly to get us back on track. Just trying to decide if the first show should be a live call in or just a regular podcast.
