Is there a New off on programming packages from E?

On August 15th, wll we get a new package deal for the DVR advantage package with a 722 and the extra HD programming.? I have the basic 100 and HBO with a VIP211. I am ready for a 722 and a new package maybe even add Starz.

Dvr advantage for top 100 at 39.99 . No indication if they will start leasing 722 for existing subs at that date though. Most likely new subs only for the time being untill all 622s are used up.
