Is there a number for Dish Tech Support?

I'm having trouble with my old 811 receiver dropping HD channels. I tried to call Dish and got the godawful recorded help. Is there a direct 800 line into tech support?

Isn't the 811 not recieving HD anymore since the MPEG4 that took place on 8-15?

I think they will offer you an upgrade to your 811 that will receive the new mpeg4 format if you contact dish and request an upgraded receiver.
