Is this FTA or ???

I recently saw some feed data I thought was interesting, but had no idea of the configuration. They said:

Tandberg Compression 4:2:2
FEC Rate: ¾
Symbol rate: 18.085106
Data rate: 25 mbps

Will a normal FTA receiver pick this up? If not, what will?

Normal FTA receivers do not do 4:2:2.....
I use my DVB World USB Box for that!

That data rate would suggest that its probably an HDTV feed.

Standard definition is usually under 5 mbps.
