Is "unsubscribe" not working?

I unsubscribed from "VoIP Provider Recommendations" but I'm still getting reminder emails. I go there to "tools" and it offers to let me subscribe.

I took a look at your settings and it appears your unsubscribed to it now.

I'll just assume some timing difference, or a good fairy gave it a good kick.
