Issue with last software upgrade

I have been told by Verizon Tech support that there is a bug in the last upgrade, one that I have seen quite a few times:

When attempting to pause or rewind live TV, it doesn't work, and a gray circle with a diagonal line shows up in the upper right corner of the screen. They told me this was a known bug that started with the (current) version of the software, pushed out about a month ago, and to be fixed whenever the next upgrade comes.

A quick way to fix is to hit the "Live TV' button on the remote.
 
Thanks, I've been rebooting when this would happen now and then. That's a MUCH easier quick fix.
