It seems dish does not want me as a customer anymore

a few days ago i was offered free showtime and starz. they were never turned on. matt has been helping me (thanks matt). tonight i was offered starz on chat again (i saved the chat) and then matt said i needed to talk to the executive response team and so i did another chat. they said no free premiums were ever offered to me except for the cinemax i have now. they also acted like they wanted me to cancel my account. I was also permanently banned from the dish page for saying dish doesn't listen to it's customers. I was told not to ask for FEARnet again on the dish facebook page and i didn't. but, me saying dish doesn't listen to its customers got me banned. I don't care if i get the free premiums or not as they were offered to me. it is just the fact that someone was lying to me. I like my dish service. but IMO dish has changed. If dish did not have DIRT i may have moved on.

Why don't you switch to a different provider? I don't like Dish's tactics either anymore, but if it all bothers you so much, just move on. Sounds like you are on the *hit list now anyway, and from what I've heard in the past from others about that, you'll never work your way off of it.

I removed them.

Started off with some harmless self promotion, but then it got into name calling and trolling and thus the removals.

I removed things because we just had 3 pages of removal notices.

I don't know if its a full moon or what but the trolls have been coming out in full force the past few days. (And I am sure some of the trolling was harmless fun, but with all the trolling we have seen the past few days, we got to treat it all as garbage and then take out the trash.

Good thing I ordered another case of Troll B Gone.

Yeah I know, no worries. That's what I figured it was. It was just when the name calling started (and I am not naming names of anyone) I had to step in.

We just got to work to keep people talking about Satellite and not each other.

The S tar is in place of the letter "S" to make it a bit more palatable for forum viewing. So it's not a HIT list, it's a SHI* list! And brother, you is on it! lol.
