Those outside of the western US may not be familiar with Jack In The Box. Their food is OK, but their commercials are by far the funniest fast food commercials around. Here are some of the funny ones over the last few years.

Can I get a mod to move this to Viral Videos forum? I accidentally posted this in the wrong forum.

Jack in the Box definitely has some of the best commercials around (my favorite is the stoner commercial). Their food is not to bad either. I had some of their mini sirloin burgers for lunch the other day and they were great. :hungry:

That was hilarious. I didn't even understand what they were saying, but I was cracking up.

I remember them from back in the 70's in Michigan, they closed up shop all over the midwest after something to do with tainted meat and a kid dying.

Hopefully this is "family friendly" enough... if not, please delete with my apologies!

I grew up with Jack in San Diego. There's only three of them in Oklahoma, but I stop in for a Monster Taco every time I'm down in Dallas. :)

ah I love the Jitb. I always stop in when I'm in St Louis. they have them all over the STL metro. used to have one in Centralia, 30 miles away from here but it closed down 4 years ago.

1993 - the FDA requirement at that time was only 140 °F (60 °C), which was the temperature Jack in the Box meat was cooked. After the incident, Jack in the Box mandated that in all nationwide locations, their hamburgers be cooked to at least 155 °F (68 °C). Additionally, all meat products produced in the United States are required to comply with HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) regulations. Every company that produces meat products is required to have a HACCP plan that is followed continuously. They are currently experiencing a decent revival of strength and are working plans for nationwide expansion. Currently the strategy is mainly targeted at Colorado and Texas.

# Sales data for chain restaurants are for calendar year 2008 or for a fiscal year ended between July 1, 2008, and April 1, 2009. Exceptions are noted in the ranking pages.
# As with the main ranking pages, chain restaurants are defined as restaurant concepts with more than five locations operating under the same name. In a few instances, concepts with two or more brand names but a single management team (i.e., Checkers Drive-In/Rally’s Hamburgers) are considered to be one chain restaurant.
# Unless noted, chain restaurant sales are worldwide totals (company-owned, franchised and licensed) and are in U.S.$ millions.
# The notation (*) indicates sales are a company-made estimate; (**) indicates chain restaurant sales have been estimated by R&I.

Keep in mind that Hardee's and Carl's Jr. are the same same company, so technically together they sale 3,339.

They are currently experiencing a decent revival of strength and are working plans for nationwide expansion. Currently the strategy is mainly targeted at Colorado and Texas.

When they left Colorado in 1992, they had not invested in the restaurants in at least ten years. They were dirty. Pieces of the buildings were falling off. The restaurants were obsolete with inconvenient and insufficient seating. The menu was limited compared to California's.

Many of the locations were taken over by Good Time burgers, which has a pretty good reputation. Carl's Jr has also gotten a foothold in the area after they left.

If they try to come back to Colorado, they are going to face an uphill battle. Not sure people have forgotten.

hmm here in ohio all meats must be cooked/warmed to 165 and kept at 145... I do feel bad for shops sometimes as we dont produce our meats, when people find chicken bones in a sub they get TICKED at us and I have to explain our chicken is cut up off site frozen and brought in, and people just dont understand that.
