TP25 on 110 has left the Network Information Table and is currently running in 8PSK modulation. Two channels are on this TP currently, ch240 and ch250. They reportedly have a slate of "We are experiencing technical difficulties. Please Standby..."

TP6 on 129 is not in the NIT currently but is now running in 8PSK modulation. There are 4 channels defined, 6340, 6341, 6342, 6343 which list h.264 video streams. However, no video streams are currently present on this TP. (All null packets). Appears to be another HD LIL firing up.

Isn't h.264 suppose to be the Apple video codec that's supposedly better than MPEG4 or a different version of it?
