Jelly Bean update rolling out to Samsung Galaxy Note in Canada and the UK

I used ODIN to put JB on my UK Note, its horrible. Nice features, but it makes the phone lag terribly. I am not impressed at ALL. 
Put it on my Dad's ATT Note last Friday when it became available through Kies, and it is great. No lag or anything so far
Not the native Google navi app, unless it's unique to the Note. My wife's Razr M has JB, and the native navi works fine.
The google navigation app on Samsung, HTC Evo, HTC One, Google Nexus, all have this problem with JB and there is no fix as of this instant. Issue is widely reported from all carriers, especially Sprint and AT&T. I have Cincinnati Bell and their response is "we're waiting on google to fix the bug."
