Joey is acting up

My Joey for the last day or so has been freezing up and pixelating real bad.

The Hopper is fine, the MoCA Signal is good.

I have unplugged the Joey several times to reboot it and it has not changed my problem.

Is it time to call Dish for a new Joey?

I am getting a Green Signal from the Hopper..... and a "This is not an active feature" message on the Joey

I went ahead and called DISH and they had me change the Joey from Horizontal to Vertical and it seems to stopped the problem.

That's what it looks like. I took the plate off, and turned it vertical so it appears to be working..... time will tell.

Got a Joey that's restarting frequently. When you say you took the plate off, I'm wondering if you actually changed it from vertical to horizontal? Mine is horizontal (laying down) and has nothing above it or below it (except a flat dresser top).
