I was wondering, is it possible, (SIRIUS radio) if I wanted to get the one time paymnet plan, could I just use that for the online stream for now untill I can get enough money to get my radio or do I half to have the radio also?

If you are talking about the lifetime payment plan then yes you need the radio first as your plan is tied to the equipment.

In fact, you need the radio first to sign up. Sirius doesn't have an on-line stream only plan as that is a perk for being a subscriber.
