I didn't think we were supposed to have these....

It was a window that slid out from the side of my screen and stopped in the middle, "One-Second Site Survey", "Powered By VUZU".

I just got that too. Something about eFax. Floated on from the left, exited to the right after staying front bottom for a few seconds.

I get the same adds on this site and other sites/ I think it is junk (cookies) that has got on my computer from elsewhere.
