Not 2 months old.
Started with tuner 1 and 2 showing different signals, while r-15 hooked to the same cables showed the same signal around 87-90%
Jump today i started getting 771(SFSS) on tuner 1-2 great
.
So i look at signal strength 88% WTF check cables swap cables reset. start to get picture then back to sfss. Check signal 87% both tunners
101°-high 80's
110°- low 90's
119°-100% yes 100%
Both tuners at this time are showing the same thing.
Swap it out with my r-15 show same signals but i get picture.
So i call DTV first person i get a hold of says it needs a service call ask to speak to a sup she said she is a sup..lol. asked her how does this need a service call.
Ended call called account management. Explained the same thing while he was looking at notes. He agreed with me that it is the hr20 that is giving me problems and not the cables since i get "very good" signal.
Also when i was on the phone the lights on the hr20 started to go half brightness.
O ya Biggest thing...I MISSED HOUSE AND BOSTON LEGAL

These were coming in from 119° which is my locals and the sat im gettin 100% on.
So Got a new on on the way.
PS...Receiver is an HR20-100.
O ya any way to hook up my external sata drive and move my recored programs to it?
