Just signed up with DISH on the 16th... need help.

I got the 811 for HD and the 625.

My question is... was I to get the new upgraded HD receiver?

Who should I call?
What would YOU do in my situation.

I don't want to have to pay addl. $ if they screwed up (or screwed me).

From what I have been reading here... sounds like your screwed for a while... I am a new customer, well not yet... I have been waiting 4 months to join dish, been holding off till this 622 comes out! Tired of waiting! GLAD I WAITED from what ive been reading!

Did they give me the wrong system... or did they send the the coorect system?

Since I am two weeks from the transisiton... surely they will set things right when the new receiver comes out.

They gave you the right stuff, in a E* kinda way. If you want the newer 211/622 you will need to pay up.
