just upgraded to a hd receiver, is there a way to get my old 301 receiver reactivated

i still have my old dish 500 pointed at 110 and 119 . is there a way to get dish network to reactivate ? thanks

Need more details on your situation to tell you one way or another. Are you on eastern arc? IF so they won't activate a 301 since it is mpeg 2. Is your account active or have you been disconnected due to non payment. Details are needed.

You would need to call Dish Network and ask them?.

If you are on Western Arc just connect the 301 to the dish 500 and call DISH to activate the 301. If you have changed to Eastern Arc for HD you can talk to a CSR but probably can't get activation because 301 isn't MPEG 4 capable.
