KBSI and WDKA OTA Channel Problems??

Any one know if these two stations are experiencing OTA channel problems? i know they are owned by the same company since they are KBSI 023-01 wdka 023-02 also WDKA 049-01 all 3 show me a signal of atleast 70 but after a couple seconds the channels disappear. any one else getting this same type of problem via OTA?????
