Would be nice to try more realistic looks by tweaking the CGI or more sophisticated costumes look, but I think the movie makers preferred CGI since it's cheaper way to do it?🤷‍♂️ :hatsoff

I don't like the fact that it feels like I'm watching a cartoon sometimes.

Had to look it up on Wiki, this film is set 300 years after the previous one.
Yep, but still 1600-1700 years before Heston arrives.

The ship's chronometer said November 25, 3978 in the very first movie.

Unless the Apes' movies are now part of the multiverse and everything has changed.
