Ktel gone on 79W. Is it just a gitch?

My local station is having some kind of tech, problem on KTEL-LP analog ch. 47 with frozen picture and at the same time so called KRTN-CA "Remapped as KTEL-DT ch. 47.1 RF ch. 39.1" no digital picture.

As of right now they are back up and running, so you might rescan the bird on 79*W.

I just gave up on so called KRTN-CA for not carry RTV's feed, so instead I stay on KU band freqs.
