I've been noticing audio drop-outs and picture stutter with increasing frequency on KTVU - whether tuned in through 002-00 or 6441.
I'm a Dish Network HD subscriber using a ViP612 DVR and have checked only the HD reception for this issue. The symptoms ONLY appear on KTVU and only on prerecorded programming... like tonight's LIE TO ME, the last 15 minutes of which were almost unintelligible. The drop-outs routinely appear during the latter part of the program and never affect commercials, so, coupled with its occurring on both 6441 and 002-00, I believe this is a transmission problem from KTVU, though in doing a search, I couldn't find this previously addressed.
This is NOT happening on other HD broadcast stations - only KTVU. Any corroboration on this from other viewers? Any previous experience like this with other stations? Has this problem been solved in the past and if so, was the cause determined?
