It appears that LIN and TWC are still fighting as there was a segment on local Austin Radio this AM about it. It's all the LIN-TV stations and Time-Warner Cable.

Time Warner is cooperating in trying to negotiate a deal. Theres alot of details that TW is trying to keep quiet about. But rest assured TW is working on it.

TWC and LIN TV have reached an agreement and the channels have been returned to the lineup. :)

It looks like the only change will be in areas where a LIN channel was an alternate. (If you had two Fox stations and the LIN Fox was considered the alternate channel, they will not be adding that channel back.)

From the TWC website:

Lin signals have been returned to most lineups. On lineups where the local network affiliate for the area is an
alternate affiliate, the Lin station will not return. This will allow Time Warner Cable to improve the variety of
programming available to customers rather than offering the same programming on two channels. We
currently are evaluating new programming options and will notify customers prior to any lineup changes.
