I received a response to my e-mail to Dish quality today. They said that software version L302 was sent October 2nd and that I should check and see if I had received it. I have. I now will report back to them as requested in a few days when I see if the jerky video problems on Voom channels , in particular, & lip sync, have been corrected. Any of you other 222 owners may want to see if you received the updated software and let dish know if it improves your problems. Nick
