Legacy Digital LNBF - Newbie help

How do I set up this LNB? It has 2 cables coming out of the LNB.

It is a Legacy Digital LNBF that has BS1D1UP201M stamped on it.
The plastic has 110 stamped on one side and 119 stamped on the other side.

Does each cable carry both 110 and 119 satellites? Or does one cable have 110 and the other cable have 119? Do I need some kind of switch if one cable has 110 and the other has 119?

I have a 4900 receiver.

yes
both cables carry 110/119. Hook the left one up to your receiver and once you get a signal on 119, do a "check switch". That will give you both 110 & 119
