LightSquared sues dish

Let's see. A worthless venture is trying to stretch out their paychecks by .......
 
Saw that coming. The dealings seemed shady at best, insider hedging at worst.
 
It has previously been noted that Charlie spent $100,000 of Dish (company) money on a business venture his son wanted to start. So, Charlie does not care.
 
I can see some shadiness in personally buying debt of a company that you later use your company to buy, making a lot of money personally. But, that would be between Dish's other shareholders and Charlie, I do not see any issues as far as Light Squared is concerned. People buy up debt of distressed companies all the time in advance of possibly bidding on them in bankruptcy.
