Limited time possibly free PPV offer, up to $5.99

For a limited time, you can possibly order a free PPV event for a value of up to $5.99. I discovered this offer via a line item that recently appeared in the program guide. I selected the title, A Working Man, starring Jason Statham. The PPV price for it recently went from $9.99 to $5.99. This offer is apparently valid until June 2nd. No idea if the offer will be made available to all subscribers or not. I wanted to make people aware of such an offer, if it is available. For example, I noticed the offer in my program guide in the vicinity of channel 100. Once I accepted the offer via that link in the guide and viewed the movie, the offer no longer appeared in my program guide.

I saw a similar thing on channel 9760.
I then rented a movie via channel 125, and watched it.
Now I'm just (hopefully) waiting for the credit.

Using DIRECTV perks we have gotten the credit in 1-2 billing cycles. Not sure if this is the same thing.

Interesting, we have had satellite for a few years and have never gotten through the menu system.
