Linked Joey no video o audio

I have two hoppers and two joey.

Hopper 1 is in the living room.
Hopper 2 is in the bed room 1
Joey 1 is in the family room
Joey 2 is in the bed room 2

Hopper 1 and joey 1 are linked and running without any problems.

Joey Hopper 2 and 2 are linked but I have no video, all I can see is the menu or guide. If I link Hopper 1 and Joey 2 works well.

what is wrong or what else I can check?

Are you not getting video on both the second Hopper and Joey or just the Joey?

only the Joey dont have video

I would unplug the hopper that the joey is linked to and then unplug the joey. Plug in the hopper first and wait for it to boot up all the way. Then plug in the joey and re-link it.
