My Dish fell while moving, performed a dish check at the new location, the polarity, and sat signal shows X, Do I need to replace the LNB??

Did you aim the dish? The El/Az readings they give you are approximate. You'll still need to tweak the dish to get a reading.

A) Make sure your new mount is plumb.
B) Set the El & Skew according to the chart.
C) Set up your receiver to for satellite signal.
D) Connect the dish to receiver
E) Slowly pan back and forth. If you've gone +/- 45 degrees from the starting Az, adjust the elevation either +/- 1 degree and pan again. Continue searching until you've checked +/- 5 degrees elevation and +/- 45 degrees Az for each El change.
