Local Channel #'s on 721

My locals which I have been viewing in the 8400 range just now appeared as their actual local channel #. Not sure exactly when this happened.

I just got my 721 a few days ago and when I initially set up my favorites list, they weren't there. Now a few days later I've noticed they are appearing under their correct local #.

Have they always been there like this or is this a recent development?

Anyone know....???

It takes approximately 24 hours or so for them to appear after the install. Something to do with sending something to the smartcard.
