I'm trying to get CBS and ABC from Dish. The local affiliates have just denied my waivers.. and even though I have an unwatchable signal with my antenna (antennaweb.org has me in the fourth block of 6 in the pie chart for both stations).
The Dish CSR said once it's denied there's nothing they can do. Knowing CSR's well enough, I thought I'd verify. I thought they could send someone out to verify signal, under the Satellite Home Viewers Act. Is that true?
