One company I've been waiting for someone to say, All American Direct. Without going into detail, all I have to say is.... BIG f***ing JOKE. Dish decides to do it's own thing and go around the law, and all out of the blue, create this BS company from no where. Doesn't mean, you will get the missing channels. Just means, another few weeks of useless hope. They pick and choose who they want. Exactly like Dish when they "decide" who and who will not be available for a OTA antenna. (Coming from many personal experiences)

NPS (All American Direct's parent company) was in business long before the Dish lawsuit,as a C-Band provider. Dish did not create the company, nor has anything to do with it's operation. All they do is lease them a transponder.

All American to furnish DNS in HD ???

I got a response from AA that sometime in 2009 they would furnish DNS in HD.
But, late last year they told me sometime in 2008. I sent 3 e-mails to Dish and they answer each but spit out garbage and never answer the question. Correct me if I am wrong, but I assume that since Echostar or DISH will have to lease them additional transponder space, then someone at DISH would know if something was in the works. In my first e-mail, I requested that it be assigned to a Customer Retention Specialist.
