Local Channels in hi-def

I live in West Virginia and I get my channels in hi-def except for my locals. I was told by Dish that I would need a second dish put up to receive my locals in hi-def. It would cost me $59.95 and a 24 month agreement. Does anyone know if this is right?

I'm confused. You get HD channels but your locals in HD?

What receiver if it's a 722k do you have the OTA module that you need for off air locals.

It used to be $60 with no commitment and $0 with a 24-month commitment.

They put a 2nd Dish up for me when my HD locals 1st became available a couple years back. NO commitment/No charge.
When I no longer had any reliablity of signal due to large trees to my West they swapped me from Western Arc to Eastern arc. Again, NO commitment and NO charge. Oh, and they told me there was a 90 day warranty on the install.
But then, I'm a preferred customer.............

are you already getting the locals in sd? if so, then I thought Dish would install the needed dish at no charge.
