The post that my dish is on is loose in the ground. I lost the signal when it was windy Saturday and when I went out to the dish it was loose. There used to be Digital Dish here in Ohio that did installs. I call them and it says the offices are closed. Is there any number to call other than the one on the dish website? The local number seems to constantly change. Thanks for any help

Call the toll free Dish # and let them find a local retailer or send their own people out.

Any idea what they charge? I am chatting online with Jun Jun, he wants to charge $145 to reset the dish. Is that the normal fee?
