Locals for dish network

I have Dish network service and my local market is Atlanta Ga but I moved to Panama City Florida for the next 6 months for work. I brought my dish/receiver and set it up. I get all the channels but the locals.

Does anyone know how i can get my atlanta locals here in Fla?

You AIN'T - you're too far away from the Atlanta spotbeam down there...
You'll need to call DISH & change your physical address so you can get those locals instead.

Thanks, i figured i probablly wouldnt but my main goal is to get the atlanta falcons everyweek. What if i change my address to albany ga (i have a legitimate address there)and get those locals which will have everygame. From the map i saw, dont know if it is the most current, i should be able to get the albany locals so i can get the games.

Some one told me about a RV waiver i could get to possibly allow my atl locals. Any thoughts on those 2 scenarios?

Not sure I don't think that it will work. It a problem of you are going to get enough signal from the spotbeam. I could be wrong but not finding on the list the Albany, Ga locals.

No dice, since AAD changed the ATL distant nets to NYC a few months ago, so don't even bother with that.

As far as Albany, E* DOES carry those locals, but I really don't know if the spot they are on will reach you.
About the only thing you could do is change to your Albany address & see if they do come in.
If not, wait a few days & change them to your actual addy.

Is there a map that shows where the spotbeam covers? And how do i find out what transponder/spotbeam i can pick up that will get locals from georgia?

The List at the top of the page; then subscription, then the local stations or listed on the diff tp/spots. The spots will have link to look at the area that it covers.
