I live in the East Coast of the US, , and was considering buying a box, , but I don't know which box to get. . What is the best box out there. . what should I be looking for when purchasing something like this. . What is blind scanning?

Are all these boxes pretty much the same, or are they used for different purposes.

What kind of channels would I be able to even get on these ?
