A question, how do I tell what sateillte I am on. I have a DR2222 RCA.

LER was giving you the channel number for Dish, but the DRD222 is a DirecTV receiver. On DirecTV, NASA is at 119 on channel 376. You have to have a triple dish to receive it. If you don't, you only get 101. Your receiver should have the look angles, you just have to enter your zip code.
