While I am generally fine with some off-topic discussion, Claude's situation with Dish gets discussed enough in a variety of threads that perhaps it merits its own thread or even its own Forum. Just an idea of course.

He says they owe him and apparently Dish doesn't agree. That's what the courts are for, but it seems he doesn't have a strong enough case to interest a contingency lawyer. Eastern Airlines owed me me about half that when they went under and I collected about 5% of it from the bankruptcy court. I didn't waste my time obsessing about it...
