Losing HD channels

This has happened more than once but we lose our hd channels of all channels with hd, local or national. Is this happening to anyone else? It is happening right now. It only seems to affect my vip622 not my 612. Is anyone else having this problem with 622?

i am having the same issues

my 722 keeps loosing signal ever since they updated the software, my 612 has no issues at all, and 2 other friends with the same setup has it happen to them also. I am an installer of 9 years and i know there is no issue with the alignment or a bad lnb. I am sure Dish will find the problem and fix it as soon as possible
