My new 722k that I just got on Oct 1st keeps losing guide data. I read to do the switch test and when I do all is ok and it downloads the data again. Do I have to keep doing this all the time or do I need to call Dish for a new box?
When do you have your daily system maintence set for? The default is 3:00AM. Do you by chance have timers scheduled throughout the night so that the receiver is unable to do the nightly reboot? If so try changing the time to sometime when no one is watching (maybe while everyone is at work?
