Loss of signal on 119

My parents and my grandmother live together. My grandmother's 301 works fine but about half of the time in the living room my parents lose all channels on 119. At first I thought it might be trees blocking the satellite but then I realized it worked fine in my grandmother's bedroom. Could it be a wiring problem between there and the living room. Both receivers are running off of 1 SuperDish. Any suggesstions would be appreciated.

Please more information on what receivers are involved and what the system consists of?

They have a SuperDish and 2 301 receivers. The SuperDish was just installed a few months ago when locals became available in our area (Gainesville, FL). Before that they had a Dish 500 so the wiring has been there a while.

DP-34 would be my guess rather than cable. Unplug both receivers from AC power at the same time to power down the switch. Plug them back in and rerun the switch test see if that helps.
