Lost all SD channels from guide

Have HD only package with Cinamx, Encore, Public iNtrest
come home and do not have any SD channels any more
done switch check and downloaded new guide with no luck
anyone else having this trouble?

replace VIP622 for the third time in 6 months

time to transfer recordings to External

I had this problem the other day. And a week or two prior to that.

The first time, I unplugged the unit.

The second time I hit the reset button for something like 10 seconds. Both times, the channels came back.

The unit otherwise has been running great since I got it in January.

Edit:

Oh, I've got a 722 however. Maybe you will get a 722 out of the deal?
