Lost my CBS HD feed

This sucks.....

I receive my locals via DISH, but I was getting CBSHD out of New York because my CBS is over 60 miles away so I can't pick up an HD signal OTA.....

Should I have lost my feed? I didn't think I was supposed to.....

I also do not have channel 240 like Dish says I would if I was affected?

There is a long thread on this in the regular Dish forum. E* is shutting down the CBS-HD feed.
