Lost signal notice

I received a notice screen that signal has been lost, yet all channels appear to be working. I went to diagnostics and details show signal was lost 4 times past several hours. I went to point dish and I find I'm not getting a signal on 77. It says wrong sat name not acquired I'm on eastern arc 61.5 is 46 was 60 yesterday, 72 (says 72.7) is 55 was 60 yesterday. We have had no great winds, or items striking the dish. Any suggestions before calling Dish?
 
If you've been set up 30 days or less, call DISH. Otherwise, take the message under advisement.

Does your dish have two or three lenses on the arm?
