Lost signal on tuner 3

I have the traveler sk 1000 and hopper w sling
I have no signal on tuner 3 I have been talking to dish and winegard and they keep throwing it back and forth the blame on each other . I want to fix this problem. My system is only 4 months old. Any help .....

Do you have it connected to a node or are you using a Hybrid LNB?
