Map down HD

I've noticed that since the "22" new HD channels were added few weeks ago that the SD version of those channels have slowly started to be added to my EPG. Some of them are not available yet. Is there any reason that all of them are not available?

I only ask because when I go to channel 100 (Dish Interactive) some of the channels that pop up are SD versions of HD channels I have and they are blacked out.

Strangely, the SDs not yet enabled are all the Disney channels and CNBC, which blows my theory that Disney isn't going to allow the newly added HD channels to have an SD version available in the HD Only package...(CNBC blows my theory)

If that is the case I wonder why Disney would have a problem with E* providing the HD and SD versions of a channel to HD only subscribers.

Because all the content on the HD channel is SD anyways. Kinda counter-productive to have two SD channels being broadcast in tandem....

that way... the HD subs have no idea that they are being ripped off.
