Will someone explain the current blackout rules to me?
The Nats game is showing up as blacked out. I'm in Carroll County MD 21784 and the DISH rep says I'm on the blackout list-the game is also on Channel 20.
Channel 20 is not a station I would receive if I subbed to locals on DISH, nor would it be on cable, if I had it. I do have an outdoor antenna that can pull it in.
I asked the rep to check some other zips and he told me that pretty much all of Baltimore and Washington was on the list. I don't get it; last night the Orioles were on 13 and I could watch both teams on MASN if I chose to.
