this is wierd. i notice the same thing plus the nationals and phillies at 11:30 arent not blacked out. the regular broadcasts that are live are blacked out. it may be some screw up by dish but if not ill gladley take the replays for the orioles and nationals.
Interesting: My replay games of the Orioles and Nationals aren't blacked out either! Oh, I forgot: I'm in the territory! 
Seriously, if you want them that bad, you might want to either "move" or pick them up on MLB.TV. I don't know how long it will stay like this but I know my brother used to see "some" of their replays in the clear (and he lives in a territory only served by the Braves). Of course, he was so in love with the Braves that he rarely checked.
