I need to catch up (thank god for DVR's). I was enjoying it, but things have been hectic in the personal life.

I watched the first few eps and liked it.

Had recently seen a BBC 3-part documentary, where Masters & Johnson were featured in one part.
Masters Of Sex seems a more detailed telling of the story.

To follow it better, I decided to wait and watch the shows in a marathon, later.

Okay, just finished season one.
Apparently it carries on next year.
It's more drama than documentary, which may suit you fine.
Since the series is from some book, I will assume the backstories are reasonably accurate.
I guess I'm engrossed, and look forward to marathoning it again next year.

Having a realistic black character in a series set in those days could be challenging.
