Hi, I'm new to the forum, but I've been fiddling with satellite for about 15 years now. I was wanting to get some opinions on satellite meters. I've got my eye on a few used Super Buddy meters, one looks very nice, not much wear at all. I also have seen a Tracker Light, which to me looks just like a First Strike. The Tracker light I can get new for about the same price of the Super Buddy 29's I'm looking at. I was wanting some opinions from you all here, which one would I be happier with? I know the Super Buddy doesn't require the LNB to have the receiver powered on, not sure about the Tracker Light.

Thanks,

Todd

Okay, after weighing my options, I sniped a super buddy 29 off eBay. I don't use a signal meter often, but it will be good to have a good dependable signal meter that I know I can count on. I paid a little more than I wanted to for a meter, but it looked to be in very good condition, so $277.00 after shipping isn't overly bad for a meter like this one.
