GEOSATpro MicroHD hard to turn on

I sit there and pop the power button about 6 times,and it will finallly boot up.
Once it's up,everything else works great,including the power "off" button.
Maybe I should just leave it on??

Hit the "on" button once and WAIT!

It has to boot up like a pc, and it takes a bit. Try that and see what happens for you. Also make sure you are pointing the remote directly at it.

I never turn it off to help keep correct time.
